The Handheld Protection Relay Test Set RELAYSTAR-Z70 is capable of testing conventional protection relays(such as solid-state and microprocessor-based protection relays), IEC 61850-based protection devices and IEDs in smart substation.
The system integrates a variety of testing and analysis functions, which can be used for comprehensive functional and performance testing of equipment, such as protection, intelligent monitoring and control device, merging unit and electronic instrument transformer.
Due to its small size(as iPad mini) and lightweight design, the RELAYSTAR-Z70 is quite easy to carry the test site.
The built-in lithium battery can keep the RELAYSTAR-Z70 unit running for more than 8 hours, which overcome the difficulty of not being able to get power at the test site.
